I just finished reading Vicki Lewis Thompson’s OVER HEXED–absolutely fabulous! VLT’s trademark humor, heat and magic to boot. Does it get any better?

In my stereo–Marc Broussard’s Carencro. My kids are so sick of this.
In the car–Toby Mac–still. Daughter has commandeered the CD player in the car. Someone help me.
On the computer–Otis Redding. My Lovers Prayer on repeat. Love, love, love that song.

Me, Brenda and Jen getting ready to do the canopy tour in Collingwood, Ontario.
Me at the Literacy Signing in Atlanta. Four-hundred authors were in attendance for this event. Fabulous!
Me, Julie Elizabeth Leto, Brenda Chin and Jennifer LaBrecque after Brenda had just won her rightly deserved Editor of the Year Award.

Me and editor Brenda Chin, and authors Jennifer LaBrecque and Stephanie Bond shoot “The Bull” on the Chattooga river. Jen and Brenda are in the bottom half of the picture, virtually submerged. If you look closely you can see Jen’s arm and paddle peeking out from the whitewater and the stripes on Brenda’s helmet. Stephanie and I are the ones in the back screaming.

From left to right, Cara Summers, Tanya Starratt, me, Bob the Guide, Jennifer LaBrecque and Brenda Chin after kayaking the beautiful Truckee river in Reno, Nevada. I only came out of the kayak once and required saving by Bob the Guide, and the innocent bystander I mowed over at the end of the tour–I literally felt his head bump my butt as I went over him–completely forgave me, I promise.

Me, Jen LaBrecque and Vicki Lewis Thompson, aka The Bent Quill Posse, in Sedona, AZ. The red rocks are *absolutely* amazing.
