February in my part of the world has begun with two kinds of weather–cold and wet–neither of which is my favorite and, most particularly, not together.  I’m ready for spring, for the bright green buds to adorn the trees, daffodils and tulip trees, for the grass to green out and to plant my flowers.  Last year I planted lots of reds.  This year’s theme is going to be purple.  Don’t ask why, because I don’t know.  It’s just how I roll. :-) 

I’ve got my hands full this year writing more of my Uniformly Hot and Men Out of Uniform Books–love those military heroes!–and will be doing another Christmas anthology to mix things up a bit.  That said, I will make time to attend the RWA conference in July in Nashville this year and fully intend to park myself next to the pool with a fruity drink and a good book quite a bit over the summer.  Priorities, right?  We’ve all got them.

As for what’s upcoming, look for THE RANGER, THE PRODIGAL and THE RENEGADE in June, July and August of ‘10. (The Prodigal is an anthology, but is connected to the other two books.) To round out the year, I’ll have another Christmas anthology out in December ‘10.
