Happy Halloween!

I’ve assembled the costumes, bought the candy and am ready to conquer Halloween.  Daughter has high hopes for winning best costume for the 3rd year in a row.  Son is looking forward to getting candy.

They each have their priorities.

I’ll post pictures tomorrow, provided I have any skin left on my fingers.  I’ve been burning myself with the hot glue gun all day.  Whah!

Happy Halloween!

Can’t wait to see your hot-glue gun *popcorn* extravaganza costume you put together for your girl!

I hope that it turns out as cute as it should, considering all the effort which has gone into it.

I’m sure it will be great. You have the cutest ideas!

Wish me luck. I’m in charge of the First Grade Halloween party today….

We still haven’t decided whether to hand out candy at home or make a dash for my parents’ house instead. LOL! Can’t wait to see the costumes!

    Kim, you have my sympathies.

This is my first year in the new neighborhood, so I’m not sure how many kids I’m going to get or how many houses will participate. My mom is bringing my sister over and we’re going to have dinner and let her go around my block.

I’m handing out mini microwave popcorn bags this year. Not sure how well those will go over, but at least I won’t have a huge bag of funsize snickers staring at me when its all said and done. Its better than giving out toothbrushes or something. And they can’t paper my house - I have no trees to roll, so

Happy Halloween Rhonda and can’t wait to see the pictures tomorrow. Too funny Andrea. I hope you have your car in a garage.

Kids like the mini popcorn, Andrea. You should be safe!

Good luck, Kim. I imagine you’re up to your armpits in little ones right now.

In my opinion, any costume made by Mom is the best costume there is. Have fun tonight!

    That’s a great idea, Andrea!
Rhonda, can’t wait to see pictures of your award-winning costume!
We just survived my son’s 2nd grade Halloween party–I’m not sure what I’ve got left to go out with them later this evening… *want to crawl into bed for a nap…*
