Productivity = more writing = more books published = more $$$!!!! Then you can get another building for the playroom and it will have paid for itself. Put a small bathroom with a shower in it and a fidge in it and if you ever sell your house it could be a guest house. DH can just get 1 big shead to store his stuff in instead of 2 small ones.
