There are three little girls sleeping off an entire package of cookie dough in my daughter’s bedroom this morning and the son is sacked out in his room, dreaming of those three hits he got last night at the ball field.  (Thank you, Precious!!!)  DH is off to work, the dog is working away on his chewy and all is quiet at my house.

I love it when things are quiet, and I love it even more when we aren’t in a rush to go somewhere.  Not that we won’t have another ball game this afternoon and those girls won’t need a ride home at some point today, but for the moment everything is silent and still, and all is right with my world.  I’m going to take my laptop and my Diet Dew out onto the deck and enjoy the morning with my story.
