Especially right now, when exams are being given and having to walk across campus to the print shop. It didn't work all day Monday, Tuesday you could run copies, no duplexes, but it would staple anything. The repair guys were here twice yesterday and today we haven't seen ANYONE over here. Unfortunately the contract on this machine is not up until June and we pretty much have to take whatever's dished out to us by the repairmen... :angry: Okay, here’s my whine….. I had to get the local phone companies tech support out here to fix my router problem. The dsl modem they issued me is a combination router too....take into consideration I have a wireless router for my daughters computer. The two simply would not work together. Tech guy had to come hook his laptop up to the router and login and disable something. Anyway, finally after two weeks of fretting over this, we now have them both working. :thumbup: This is awesome because it means children have no reason being in my office on my computer! :woohoo: I understand and can sympathize.
