Happy Birthday, Brenda!!!!

Technically my fabulous editor’s birthday isn’t until tomorrow, but since she’s going to be out of town and unable to celebrate with us, I’m hosting her cyber-birhtday-bash early.  So, Precious….

Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Pre…cious, uh Bren…da, Happy Birthday to you! (Be glad you’re only have to read it and not hear it cause I can’t sing!) Have a great one!!

  2. Rhonda Says:

    Oh, to have heard that!

  3. Kimberly Says:

I know Brenda had to think I was stalking her at Nationals last year because I kept running in to her…but I wasn’t. Honest. (She’d already rejected me by then )

So I can wish her Happy Birthday completly free of any newbie-writer-sucking-up-so-please-read-my-book overtones.

  4. Jacquie D'Alessandro Says:

That’s not the smiley I thought I’d clicked on…oh well. She’s nice with the rejetions, but I’m not sure how the laughing smiley got there. Hmmm.

  8. Ginger Says:

Happy Birthday Brenda and many, many more! B

  9. Rhonda Says:

No worries, Kimberly. I don’t think Precious will take exception to the smiley.

Jen, I was counting on you for the booze.

    Have a great day!

  13. Marilyn Says:

It let me post! It did! That means it likes me. It really, really likes me!

  14. Jen Says:

Darlin’ you can always count on me bringing the booze. Just tell me what to pour. I’ve got a pitcher of margaritas, mimosas, and a bottle of red and a bottle of white.

  15. Rhonda Says:

    It’s early, but I’ll have a margarita.

  16. Joanne Rock Says:

Happy Birthday Brenda! Too bad I can’t have a margarita until my fingers unfreeze… how can it be so flipping cold all the time in an El Nino year?? Jen, I’ll take a shot of amaretto in my coffee.

Brenda, here’s hoping you’re going out of town to celebrate. May I suggest Jamaica??

  17. Vicki Lewis Thompson Says:

Brenda! I sent you a card, but knowing the postal issues between here and Toronto, I’m sure it’ll arrive . . . in March. Have a glorious weekend! I know exactly how old you are, but my silence can be purchased for a slight fee.
    HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

  18. Julie Miller Says:

Hey, Brenda! Happy birthday! Do something wonderful to celebrate yourself!

    yeah happy birthday to you!

  21. brenda Says:

Thanks for the good wishes everybody! Joanne, Jamaica sounds great! Too bad I’m headed even further up north tomorrow (where our 6 feet of snow look like nothing). But we should get some snowshoeing done.

Jacquie, you keep thinking 21. I won’t tell if you won’t. Speaking of which…how much do I owe you for your silence Vicki. We both know I’d pay it.

And yes, Hope, the furbabies make it all worthwhile. The hubby does too, on occasion.

This sure beats any party I’ve ever had. Thanks Rhonda for setting it up!

    Brenda
